Part III: Abhyanga and Practices of Self-Love
1-4pm Sunday, February 22nd
Learn and practice abhyanga, the art of self-massage, and one of the foundational self-care practices of Ayurveda. Self-massage stimulates the lymphatic system and circulatory system, nourishes the nervous system and provides food for the largest detox organ of the body, the skin. This interactive workshop includes sample oils and a self-care kit for all participants.
About Farah Nazarali

Farah has studied yoga in a Lineage-based ashram environment, as well as Tibetan buddhism, non-violent communication, and conflict resolution. Farah specializes in teaching workshops and retreats that integrate conflict resolution skills with yogic practices and Buddhist wisdom, and bring a somatic approach to communication and conflict.
