Deepen your practice with our special seasonal workshops, exclusive to Kind Membership Holders! Join Kind's founder & director Meg Fyfe Watkins or a special guest teacher for a workshop designed to help enrich your yoga practice in a variety of different areas. Our Seasonal Members Workshops are designed to support yoga as a lived, evolving practice — one that changes with the seasons and with our own capacity. Each seasonal workshop explores a different core principle of yoga through movement, breath, education, and guided discussion, offering space to reflect, learn, and integrate. Rather than focusing on achievement or performance, these workshops invite curiosity, self-awareness, and care, honouring the natural rhythms of the year and the many ways yoga can support us both on and off the mat.
Please note: These workshops are exclusive to membership holders; if you're new to the studio you can participate by signing up for an Introductory 2-Week Unlimited Pass, or you can purchase any auto-renewing unlimited or flex membership.

Living Your Values: Exploring the Yamas & Niyamas
Kindness with boundaries, on and off the mat.
Autumn has arrived with all her beautiful colours! As the season shifts, it gives us a good excuse to slow down, make a cozy nest, and spend a little more time looking inward.
This workshop is an invitation to bring Yoga a little deeper into our everyday lives, beyond just the asanas. The theme for this one is Kindness with boundaries: how we can embody and practice it both on the mat and in the wonderful busyness of everyday life.
We will explore Yoga philosophy through a modern lens, beginning with the Yamas and Niyamas: the ethical principles and personal practices/disciplines that form the foundation of the Eight Limbs of Yoga.
This 90-minute workshop includes practical philosophy, mindful movement and breath, along with conversation and reflection over warm herbal tea.
*When you register for a members' workshop, you'll be placed on the waitlist and then moved to the active roster once your membership is confirmed.
