Steady Strength Flow is a mindful, slow-paced practice that blends intentional movement with functional strength-building. Transitions are smooth and unrushed, allowing you to build stability, endurance, and awareness as you move with the breath.

Postures are held long enough to cultivate strength and confidence, followed by opportunities to stretch and release, creating a balanced and nourishing practice. The class concludes with a gentle cool-down to support recovery and integration.

This class is suitable for practitioners of all levels who are looking to move thoughtfully, build strength at a steady pace, and leave feeling both grounded and open.
