Modern life places a lot of pressure on our nervous systems. The Joy Reset is a gentle yet powerful 4-week series designed to help participants release stress, reconnect with natural joy, and build emotional resilience through laughter-based wellness practices.

Each session blends laughter yoga, breathwork, vocal activation, playful movement and mindfulness techniques to help calm the body, lift the mood, and create genuine connection.

Participants will explore a variety of supportive practices including laughter affirmations, playful movement, the Laraaji joy reset method, face yoga, gentle lymphatic activation, and laughter meditation — all offered within a warm and welcoming group environment.

This series is designed as a small, supportive circle where participants can safely explore expression, relaxation, and renewal, leaving each session feeling lighter, calmer, and more connected.

What to Expect:
• Guided laughter yoga and breathwork practices
• Simple tools to regulate the nervous system
• Gentle movement, voice activation, and relaxation techniques
• Opportunities for emotional release in a safe, supportive space
• A consistent small group experience that builds connection over time

Sundays | 4:00pm - 5:15pm
May 24th - June 14th
Maximum 10 participants - pre-registration required
