Flow & Let Go offers the best of both worlds—a dynamic Vinyasa flow to energize and build strength, followed by grounding Yin postures to unwind and release.

In the first half of class, you'll move through a flowing sequence that links breath to movement, supporting functional strength, balance, and flexibility. The second half invites you to slow down with long-held Yin postures that target the deeper layers of connective tissue, helping you let go of tension and settle into stillness.

This class is an invitation to move mindfully, listen to your body, and honour where you’re at—whether you’re flowing with energy or needing deep rest. All levels are welcome, and variations are always offered to support your unique body and practice.
