
This all-levels practice invites you to contemplate on the relationship between stillness and movement. The class begins with a movement practice, and ends with an extended Savasana and Yoga Nidra session.
First, steady and intentional Asana (posture) sequences are used to help build body awareness and mind/body connection, and Pranayama (breathwork) is incorporated to build resilience from inside out.
Then Yoga Nidra (often called "psychic sleep") offers a deep restorative space for your system, nurturing you down to the cellular level. Beyond relaxation, Yoga Nidra is a practice of expanding your awareness, tapping into your subconscious, and strengthening your alignment with your inner wisdom.
