In the cold, dark, wet season, Ayurvedic practices can bring light, warm, nourishment and beauty. Ayurveda is the health science of yoga; a sister to your practice on the mat. Ayurveda incorporates nutrition, lifestyle, and herbal knowledge to help create balance and wellness in the body, mind, and spirit.
