Kind's Weekly Yoga Classes are offered on a drop-in basis by our collective of experienced and trauma-informed yoga teachers. Classes vary from relaxing and passive (like Yin or Restorative) to active and strength-building (like Vinyasa), with everything in between! You can choose to attend whichever classes resonate most with you, however frequently you like, by registering for each class you'd like to attend using a 10-class pass, monthly membership, or paying the drop-in rate.
